The Publisher grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or reverse engineer the App, except where applicable law expressly allows it.

You keep all rights to the notes and files you create with the App. The Publisher claims no ownership over your content and has no access to it.

You are responsible for backing up your data. iCloud sync is provided by Apple and depends on your Apple account and device settings.

Some features are unlocked by a non-consumable in-app purchase sold through the App Store. The price is displayed in the App before purchase. Payment is collected by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.

The purchase can be restored on any device signed in with the same App Store account. The features it unlocks may evolve over time; the Publisher may add, change or remove features in future updates.

The Publisher may release updates that change or remove features, and may stop distributing the App at any time. The Publisher does not guarantee that the App will be available or error-free.

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from the use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.

The Publisher may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
